Each apartment has an independent split unit. The remote control should be set to "COLD" ❄️ and we recommend a temperature of 21/22 degrees.

⚠️ Lowering the temperature too much can lead to condensation (given the very hot temperatures outside) and therefore cause the internal air conditioner to drip.

Each apartment has a 50-liter electric water heater.
There is an “I/O” button usually in the bathroom mirror or in the entrance switch that should not be turned off and always kept on “I”

⚠️ If you don't have hot water:

• check that the switch has not been turned off by mistake
• Any large use of hot water in a short period of time may have exhausted the reserve, waiting about 30 minutes will heat it up

If there is a key in your apartment's bunch smaller key this one opens your safe.

If your safe works by code:

1. open the safe completely
2. Press the button located inside the door on the right side (place your hand behind the door near the hinges)
3. Position the opening knob vertically
4. Enter the code of at least 3 and max. 8 digits followed by the # key
5. Re-enter the chosen code followed by the # key

When the green light comes on, open the safe by positioning the knob horizontally

To close, push the door and set the knob vertically

To reopen, enter the code again + the # button, with the knob in vertical position

⚠️ To carry out the procedure, make sure the knob is in upright position

The apartment is equipped with a fridge with a separate freezer.
The refrigerator is already set to level 2 or 3.

⚠️ Don't change the refrigerator temperature
When you go shopping for the first time and load the refrigerator, keep in mind that the products are hot and will need time for the refrigerator to cool them all down; it's normal to wait.

In the apartment you will find

• waste bin
• small wet bin

reusable bags for

• glass and tin
• paper and cardboard
• plastic

For wet waste you can use the shopping bag.
For dry food, find the first bag.
Other differentiated products do not need to be bagged and are thrown away loose.
The recycling area is located near the second gate in the lower part of the facility (the road to the beach). There you'll find recycling bins where you can dispose of your waste.

The stove has four gas burners. To use a burner, press the knob and turn it while holding it down to release the gas. Use a lighter to light the flame.
Each kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans in proportion to the number of beds.
There is no oven or dishwasher.
No tablecloth or tea towels are available.

The TV is connected to a centralized satellite system with 16 various channels available, both Italian and foreign.
There are no pay channels available (Sky etc.)

Each apartment is equipped with 2 keys, 1 key for the external frame and 1 key for the glass door.
Be careful not to leave your keys inside the apartment when you go out, and be careful not to lock the outside doors on a windy day to avoid them locking you out.
When you are on the veranda, we suggest you lock the external frames with pins or leave the keys attached to the external door.

Each apartment is equipped with a broom, dustpan, bucket, and mop. Detergents are not provided.
