S'incantu is a residence consisting of apartments with kitchenettes, a large swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a snack bar, parking, and Wi-Fi in common areas.

S'incantu has a snack bar open from breakfast until after dinner, offering snacks and quick meals. We don't have a restaurant and don't provide meals. If you don't want to use the apartment's kitchenette, there are several restaurants and pizzerias nearby, the closest being 650 meters away.

We don't offer packages with transportation. In the "How to reach us" section, you'll find useful information for booking your ferry.

Campulongu beach is within walking distance and you'll find a public area and a beach club renting umbrellas and sun loungers.

We do not have a private beach and do not provide a package with sun loungers included.

The property has a washing machine that runs on four one-euro coins. There is no dryer.

The apartments are equipped with a 4-burner stove, fridge-freezer, and are stocked with dishes and pots.

They don't have an oven or dishwasher. A microwave is available for rent. Kitchen linens (tablecloths, dishcloths, etc.) are not provided.

The nearest mini market is located at Spiaggia del Riso, 700 metres away.

The main markets (Conad, Eurospin, Crai) are located in the town, some do home delivery

Other shops, banks and post offices are in the centre of Villasimius, 2 km away.

Villasimius Bus shuttle runs every hour and stops 400 meters from us.

The reception is open every day from 9.00 to 20.00

Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
